The person behind the guidance
Content here is written by a practising nutritionist working with adult clients on sleep quality, daily energy, and eating habits. That means the advice comes from conversations, not from a content template: what people actually ate last week, what time the lights went out, which habit held for a month and which one collapsed on the first busy Thursday.
When readers tell us a suggestion did not survive contact with their week, we adjust how we describe it. A recommendation that only works in a calm week is not useful for most people, so we rewrite it until it fits an ordinary one. If something is genuinely outside our scope, such as diagnosed sleep disorders or medical conditions, we say so and suggest a doctor instead of stretching our role.
